War Medal Weekend Bash!

 

Defeat citizens of other nations to obtain War Medals! When activating a medal, you’ll have a chance to win the following items:

 

 

Details
-Medals drop only for honorable PvP kills within 15 levels of your own
-Medal does not drop in Battlegrounds
-1,000 gold is required to activate the Medal

 

This event will end at Noon, 12pm PST on January 17, 2011. PvP your hearts out! Remember that the Potion of Defense buff will double your honor gain in PvP!

-Mutated Monsters have been added to the game in Ashwood and higher level maps.

Aika and the Current Windows Update

 

-Microsoft has released an update patch for Xp, Vista, and Windows7. This is available to players

 

-This update is designed to prevent malware DLLs from being loaded or running without users’ input.

 

-This blocks X-TRAP from running which will prevent access to Aika.

 

-This means that every player that runs a recent WINDOWS update will be unable to log into Aika.

 

-We are currently looking into solving the issue but cannot provide a specific time as to when this problem will be fixed.

Patching Server is Temporaily Down


-The Patching server is down for temporarily.
-If players have not updated their client since last weeks maintenance and try to now, they will be unable to update to the most current version of Aika.
-This is only temporary and should be up soon. We will post an update as soon as possible.

Lucky Box V3 is going to be a new addition to our Item Shop. It will be on sale starting Thursday 1/13/11 after server maintenance. It will be on sale for a limited time and will only cost 250 gPotato! Take a look at the great items that can pop out.

Mutated Monsters! Coming Next Week!

Mutated Monsters (Coming January 13th)

 

The toxic and volatile gasses belching out of the lava flats of Tamuz and the contaminated swampland have had an unforeseeable effect on the monsters in and around the Basilica Giovannis mutating them into even more powerful forms.

 

January 06, 2011: Patch Notes, 2x EXP at 10am and 5pm!

 

-Routine Server Maintenance occurred.
-Christmas Events have been Removed.
-Packs of 50 Dungeon Recall Scrolls have been added to the item shop.
-Dungeons now scale with increasing difficulty and drop rates depending on party size.

 

 

We will also be continuing our 200% XP Thursdays!

 

From 10am – 12pm PDT AND from 5pm – 7pm PDT, all players will be receiving double the EXP!

Scaling Dungeons are now Live!

Scalable Dungeons!

 

Dungeons will now automatically scale in difficulty based on the number of players in the party.

 

Join alone for an easy form of the dungeon perfect for learning the layout of a new dungeon or for completing dungeon quests.

 

Bring in more adventurers for a more challenging and rewarding experience with tougher monsters with higher drop rates!

 

All dungeon modes except for Hell Mode scale in difficulty.
