Double EXP Weekend! Play for Rewards Grand Prizes Delivered, Missing Character Compensation Delivered

 

This weekend we will be holding double experience for all players! This is our way of saying thank you for your continued support.

 

Until Monday, 9/27, at 10:00am, all players will be receiving double the EXP!

 

- This boost stacks when using a Mark of Experience / Accomplishment
- This boost will not affect quest XP earned

All Play for Rewards Grand Prize winners who did not receive their prize have been given their prizes via “T” event inventory. Premium Mount winners will receive their prize when they respond to the email sent to them via Customer Support.

 

To all players who experienced the Missing Character bug, your compensation has been delivered via “T” event inventory. Compensation includes all Play for Rewards timed items being redelivered, and an extra 15 days of Double Experience. Please accept these as a token of our gratitude for supporting us!

 

To the players whose missing characters have not been restored, please check your forum PMs for an important update. If you did not receive a PM, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
