How to: Reset Your Password and Change Email

Are you receiving the message, Account has been canceled? but you are within the service regions?

 

Are you getting Error code 0 and Error code 101 regarding Login and Password Issues?

 

You are receiving this message because you must reset your account password. Please use a valid email address when doing so.

 

HOW TO Reset your Password

 

-Click THIS LINK or go to http://www.gpotato.com/

 

-Click on Forgot your User ID or Password? in the UPPER RIGHT of the page, doing so will bring you to the page labeled Forgot UserID, Password at the top of the page.

 

-When you reach that page, enter your Account ID in the field immediately to the right of the orange text, “Account ID” and enter the e-mail address you used to register the account in the field immediately to the right of the orange text, “Email”.

 

-Press the “submit” button just below the e-mail field and proceed to manage your account.

 

HOW TO Change your Email:

 

If you used a FAKE email address, please email registration support at
registration@gala-net.com in order to change your email to a VALID email address.

Subject :
User Name :
Name:
Year of Birth:
IP(http://www.whatismyip.com):
New email(not already in use on another account)?
