We are happy to announce that Aika’s second expansion, The Last Bastion, has arrived!
Welcome to Termiz, the deadliest region in Lakia and home to the Basilica Giovannis. Here, you will join your fellow Aitan in a battle through a land tormented by plague and fire, where you will encounter dozens of new enemies, and have the opportunity to complete over 100 new quests! With The Last Bastion, Aika not only introduces powerful new armor and weapon sets, but also increases the level cap from 60 to 70!
It’s up to you to preserve the Prophet’s knowledge, as you take a stand in The Last Bastaion, as Lakia’s best hope for defeating the evil Zereca!
For the first week of the expansion, you can earn tons of great prizes simply for leveling up your character! For each level you gain, your character will acquire points that can be redeemed at the end of the event for prizes such as Medals of the Hero, Lucky Boxes, and Enriched Extracts up to rank B!
Also, all Aitan are welcome to participate in our race to level 70! The first of each class to reach the new level cap will earn a rare mount than has yet been seen!

There will be several large changes that will be made to the Item Shop as of this maintenance. Thanks to the many loyal Aitan who took our survey a few weeks ago, we were able to collect a large amount of data and turn them into actions to make our players happier with our game.
First, we will be reducing the Enriched Extract and Extract prices to match the prices during the Black Friday sale.
Second, many of our players mentioned that permanent items are preferred to timed items. We took a step towards having more permanent items in the shop by adding permanent storage items, which replaced the 90-day bags. We will continue to work towards having predominantly permanent items in the shop!
Finally, there was an overwhelming amount of feedback concerning Exile Scrolls. We took the suggestions of many of our players and will only have Exile Scrolls available for one weekend out of every month.
The Aika Team would like to again thank all of those who participated in our survey and we hope that these changes and improvements are as exciting for our players as they are for us!

We will also be continuing our 200% XP Thursdays!

Enriched Extracts are once again in the Item Shop until Monday, 12pm PDT! Get ‘em while you can!

WAR Medal Event
How to Participate:
Defeat citizens of other nations to obtain War Medals! When activating a medal, you’ll have a chance to win the following items:
Fine Print
- Medals drop only for honorable PvP kills within 15 levels of your own
- Medal does not drop in Battlegrounds
- 1,000 gold is required to activate the Medal
This event will end on November 24, 2010. PvP your hearts out! Remember that the Potion of Defense buff will double your honor gain in PvP!
